For licensed healthcare professionals. Allergen extracts, TPIT and dietary SLIT are prescription products dispensed under the authorization of a licensed prescriber. Allergen immunotherapy, including oral mucosal, oral and sublingual immunotherapy for food allergy, carries a risk of allergic reaction, including anaphylaxis; initiate and supervise therapy per the product labeling and your clinical protocols. Dose tiers reflect available options and do not constitute a dosing recommendation for any individual patient. Confirm current regulatory status and product information before prescribing.
