Prescription products

Allergen extracts, compounded immunotherapy, TPIT allergy toothpaste, dietary SLIT and neffy® are prescription products supplied only under the authorisation of a licensed prescriber and, where applicable, dispensed by a licensed pharmacy. Nothing on this site is a substitute for the advice of your physician or allergist.

Online payments

Card payments are processed by Moneris Solutions. Western Allergy does not store card numbers. Invoice payments are applied to the invoice number you provide; a receipt is emailed automatically and a stamped invoice within one business day. Refunds of invoice payments are issued at our discretion to the original card.

ResQBand

ResQBand products and the ResQBand Tap service are sold by Western Allergy Services Ltd. on its own site, getresqband.com, under the terms of sale, shipping and returns policy and medical disclaimer published there.

Subscriptions

Any AllergyPath membership is billed monthly in advance through Moneris Recurring Billing until cancelled. Cancel any time by emailing info@westernallergy.com; access continues to the end of the paid month. Fees are not refundable for partial months.

Health information tools

AllergyPath is provided as-is to help patients keep track of the treatment plan their allergist prescribed. It relies on the accuracy of the information you enter and does not give medical advice. In an emergency, call 911.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Western Allergy Services Ltd. is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of this site, its products or services. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product or service concerned.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.
